East Lincoln hosts summer hoops tournament

Eight teams will compete in the Mustang Summer Shootout Friday and Saturday at East Lincoln High School.

East Lincoln, North Gaston, Starmount, Fred T. Foard, Newton-Conover, Bunker Hill, Wilkes Central and Weddington have signed up for the event, in which teams will play four 10-minute quarter.

Admission is $5. A concession stand will be open both days.
