East-West Games on TV

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Time Warner will broadcast the East-West All-Star football and men's and women's basketball games later this month. The games will be available on Time Warner's On Demand delayed-broadcast channel.

Rich Brenner, retired sportscaster from WGHP in High Point, will call the play-by-play action. The color commentator hasn't been determined.

Four area athletes will play in the basketball games July 21 in Greensboro: Cherryville's Cameron Lovelace and Hunter Huss' Jamere Pagan in the men's game and Forestview's Jessica Capers and East Gaston's Cameron Sealey in the women's game. Ashbrook's Marty Hatchell will coach the West men.

No area athlete or coach was selected for the July 23 football game.
